Terms of Use
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Three Point Group, LLC (“we,” “us”), which operates mosaics.photo (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Your photos stay yours
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the mosaics made from them. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, resize, process and display your photos only as needed to run the Service for you (for example, to build and show your mosaics, and to share them if you choose to). This permission ends when you delete the photos, except for brief retention described in our Privacy Policy.
3. What you may upload
You agree that you have the right to upload each photo, and that you won’t upload or use the Service for anything that:
- is illegal, or infringes someone else’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
- sexualizes minors or exploits anyone, or shares intimate images of a person without their consent;
- harasses, threatens or defames anyone;
- contains malware, or tries to break, overload, scrape or get around the security or limits of the Service.
Please respect the people in your photos, especially when you share a mosaic. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities as the law requires.
4. The Service
The Service is currently free. We may change it, set limits (such as the number of photos or projects), or offer paid features under additional terms that we’ll show you before you buy. We may stop offering the Service; if we do, we’ll try to give you reasonable notice to download what you want to keep.
5. Our property
The Service’s software, design, name and logo belong to us. These terms don’t give you any right to use our name or logo.
6. Copyright complaints
We respect copyright and respond to notices that meet the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our designated agent for notices of claimed infringement is:
Bruce Jaffe, Three Point Group, LLC421 Hudson Street, Suite 711
New York, NY 10014
Phone: (425) 829-3016
Email: bruce@craftclub.org
Your notice must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- identification of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If we remove your content because of a notice and you believe that was a mistake, you may send our agent a counter-notice as the DMCA allows. We will, in appropriate circumstances, end the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others’ copyrights.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any mosaic will look a particular way. Please keep your own copies of your photos; the Service is not a backup.
8. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
9. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you uploaded or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if needed to protect the Service or others. Sections 2 (as to retention), 5 and 7–11 survive.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we’ll tell you on the site or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. Questions: bruce@craftclub.org.
